'Your' Body Analysis
There are many such examples of pathological changes that can be detected from straightforward observations of the body. Nutritional deficiencies can be discovered by observing physical changes in the fingernails, eyes, skin, and hair. Most people are taught a little on body reading for when they are being interviewed or are the interviewer for example, but the deeper reading we provide is dated back to antiquity. As we gather the many ways to notice what's visible on the outside in our lives and with our family and friends, the sooner we can understand what is going on inside and perhaps help another person.
Tongue, Lips, Teeth, and GumsWhat should a healthy tongue look like? The tongue's normal color should be light pink or red. The tongue should also be slightly wet with a thin, white coating. It's shape should be thin, not swollen, without markings, wrinkles, fissures, bumps or teeth marks. The tongue should also be flexible, supple, and mobile.
Teeth and gums can cause huge problems to our whole system when cavities, gingivitis, and root canals are not taken care of. Often times bacterias and the breakdown of collagen and connective tissue in the gum and jaw are overlooked and we are faced with periodontal destruction, increased tooth mobility and tooth exfoliation. Lips play a big role too with the signs of cold sores, dry cracked, and or fissured lips indicating various nutritional deficiencies and health issues. Protect those lips and what passes through it as this is the main entrance to our inner body |
SkinNormal healthy skin should be clear, smooth, slightly shining, and slightly moist. If other conditions are present, it is the result of disorders arising in some part of the body. As all physical and mental disorders are due to disorderly dietary habits, abnormal skin conditions are also caused mainly by dietary habits. A beautiful skin develops naturally as a result of a balanced macrobiotic diet.
The analyzing of the condition of the skin is broken down into three major characteristics: 1- the condition of the skin. 2- the color of the skin. 3- marks appearing on the skin. |
Fingernails & ToenailsNails are composed of dead cells that make up a protein called keratin. The hardness of the nails comes from the presence of sulfur in the amino acids that bind to the keratin of the nails together. Between the layers of keratin are water and fat molecules which make the nails shiny and pliable. To have healthy nails you would need to consume, properly absorb and assimilate adequate amounts of protein, essential fatty acids, trace minerals, and pure water.
Abnormalities in the nails are associated with nutritional deficiencies, disease pathology, and some pharmaceutical drugs. Healthy nail plates have a transparent pink color with a shiny luster and a smooth, even, arch shape with at least eight out of ten fingernails displaying lunulas. |
HairHair analysis is more correctly referred to as tissue mineral analysis of TRICHO (hair). This nomenclature distinguishes it from the hair analysis done in a beauty salon. Hair analysis reports can provide insight into mineral and toxicity issues. As hair is synthesized in the follicle, elements are incorporated in the hair proteins with no further exchange or equilibrium with other tissues.
